POSITION: Laboratory Technician I
FULLTIME: 12-month contract assignment
LOCATION: Marlborough, MASCHEDULE: M-F 40HRS
PAY RANGE: $25/HR(Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of the Analytical Laboratory Technician role is to conduct analytical testing on commercial, stability and non-routine samples. They are responsible for ensuring that all testing is carried out in accordance with cGMP.Key Responsibilities1. Primary Commitment to patient safety and product Quality.2. Understands and comply with all the regulations governing the quality systems.3. Delivery of key Quality and Performance Objectives.4. Ensure that you are in compliance with all mandatory training requirements.5. Complete documentation associated with analytical testing in a timely manner.6. Ensure all analytical testing is carried out as defined in the Quality System.7. Provide analytical support to process validations.8. Review of Laboratory results and documentation.Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.QualificationsAA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline.Additional Job Specific Requirements:-Experience with Medical Packaging Testing (Bubble Leak, Dye Penetration, Visual Inspection)-Understanding and practice of ASTM and ISTA testing standard

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Use of computers and technology
