As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive personalized guidance and assistance in selecting the right cannabis products. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings, including cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, product launches, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Accurately process transactions and handle cash in accordance with dispensary procedures.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Keep the sales floor and display areas well-maintained and organized.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role within the cannabis industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their effects.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Compensation:The pay rate for this position is $17-18 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
