The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the public and have a strong working knowledge of administrative tasks. This position requires the responsible and careful handling of confidential information, so we are looking for someone with a proven history of excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answering, screening, and transferring telephone calls.
• Answering inbound calls from customers.
• Answering inbound calls from co-workers.
• Screening outbound calls by forwarding to appropriate parties or transferring to voicemail.
• Receiving visitors and screening them into the appropriate department.
• Assist with visitor seating and verification at meetings or events.
• Quality assurance; filing, sorting, scanning and faxing documents for the company.
