Job Overview:

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our hotel guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Skills:

- Experience in guest services or hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages being a plus
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively and resolve issues efficiently
- Knowledge of hotel management procedures and practices
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
