You collect, organize, and interpret information with ease and understand the impact your insights have on our business. We are currently seeking a Solutions Development Analyst to add to our Solutions Development team within our Workplace & Retirement (WP&R)department. The Solutions Development Analyst role is responsible for understanding and translating complex business issues and recommended solutions to the Workplace & Retirement department. These recommendations are then considered and adopted to create new revenue streams, tap into new markets, improve Cetera’s overall value proposition, and provide Cetera financial professionals with a suite of workplace and retirement solutions for their retirement plan clients and participants

What you will do 

  • Understand and translates business needs ofWorkplace & Retirement business for a quicker delivery and call to action.
  • Act as a key technical partner during solution ideation, design, and implementation to ensure that the solutions actually do/solve what the business needs (functional/system focused). Communicates the defined/created architecture to Workplace & Retirement team and key stakeholders to help with the translation and optimization of the end state solution. 
  • Translate and document business needs or end-state outcomes, ask intuitive questions on purpose and intent, shape and fully understand scope, create detailed requirements and partner with other business and technical teams on the translation and implementation of those requirements.
  • Document new business processes, design and manage those processes, workflows, procedures and templates. 
  • Partner with stakeholders across CFG and WP&R to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently. 
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
  • Assist with identifying and evaluating new opportunities to understand the business case of potential Pilots/POCs, including initial ROI analyses and presentations.
  • Continued industry learning through participation in conferences and events.
  • Identification and evaluation of current and future product solutions and technologies
  • Work closely with the Director and team members of the unit to ensure cross-functional training and knowledge. 

What you will have:

  • Strong knowledge of the Retirement/Workplace Industry including products, services, solutions background, financial impacts, etc.

Compensation 

The base annual salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
