Job Summary
Interacts with case managers, patients, family members and caregivers in the process of issuing and fitting home medical equipment. Participates in the prequalifying processes for certain therapies and communicating information to the intake department, case managers and physician offices. Assumes responsibility for product delivery and teaching all facets of use and care, transport, inventory control, paperwork, and documentation.Essential Functions
Education, Experience and CertificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required. Knowledge of inventory control required. Current, valid drivers license and auto insurance required. Past experience working with patients and home medical equipment preferred. Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities required. General computer knowledge preferred.
