Candace Silvers Studios is a small business in Austin, TX. We are professional, customer-centric, and our goal is to help people here in Texas and around the world. Candace Silvers is a healer, teacher, and guide best-known for her appearances on Gaia TV and her international training program for spiritual and medical professionals, The Silvers Healing Academy.
This position is hourly, Full-Time, local to Austin, and a hybrid of both business and personal responsibilities. Our company is growing and developing quickly - We need someone with the ability to adapt and grow with the company's success and support our fearless Leader along the way. We are looking to hire immediately!
Here's what we're looking for:
Social Media Management: (~ 20 hours/week): Create and post engaging, daily content - Posts, Reels, and Stories for all platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Utilize Engagement Strategies to maximize the success of each post. Respond to all Social Media comments and messages with pre-written, on-brand templates.
Email Marketing (~ 10 hours/week): Create 2-4 Mailchimp campaigns each week, inspiring our client base to join upcoming Events, Retreats, and Opportunities to study with Candace.
Personal Assisting (~ 5-10 hours/week): Tasks include: Scheduling doctor's appointments, arranging for travel accommodations, helping with various in-home projects, and other tasks related to Personal Assisting.
We're looking for someone with the following skills:
Exceptional Organizational Skills: You'll be managing schedules, coordinating events, and handling various administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Strong Communication Skills: Whether it's responding to emails, interaction with the owner and staff, or liaising with clients, clear and effective communication is key.
Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipating personal and business related needs and finding solutions before issues arise is crucial in this role.
Discretion and Professionalism: Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Supporting the personal needs of the CEO, the day to day, the local and virtual events for clients - this is a fun and dynamic work environment with plenty of versatility!
Requirements:

An hourly position at an annual rate of $50,000/year.
