Compensation : $60K $70K Base Benefits
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing processes, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and drive process optimization.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement among production staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- 2-3 years’ experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
- Working in a unionized environment is an asset
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Surface Mount Technology experience is an asset
- Injection Mold Technology experience is a asset
- Weld processing and Stamping experience is an asset
