Canadian Executive Search Group is Hiring a Plant Maintenance Technician ($25 HR) Near Arlington, TX
Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician in the Arlington, Texas area.
Location : Arlington, Texas
Shifts : Start time 6-8 : 00 am 3-5 : 00 pm , OT as needed
Start : Hiring Immediately
Compensation : Starting $25 HR
SUMMARY :
As a Maintenance Technician Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will perform maintenance and repair services including mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
The primary emphasis of this role is to perform a variety of maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish and maintain maintenance standards and develop and recommend maintenance programs
- Install new equipment using outside services if required
- Maintain the equipment and facility through preventive / predictive maintenance program
- Consults the work orders and personal logbook for jobs to be done
- Keep equipment and facility in working condition for maximum uptime
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- A High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Fully skilled in one or more trades such as Millwright, Electrician, Automotive Mechanic, plumbing, HVAC, Drywall
- Two or more years of experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to perform tasks independently under general direction
- Ability to train apprentices and maintenance laborers
- Ability to work all rotating shifts
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Able and willing to work overtime when required up to 12 hours a day / 7 days a week
