Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Janitor/Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and performing general maintenance tasks within our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and clean environment for our employees and visitors. Responsibilities: - Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Perform floor care duties such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment - Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed - Assist with setting up rooms for meetings or events - Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications: - Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation - Ability to follow instructions and work independently - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks - Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance is a plus - Excellent time management skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
