Oversight of preventive maintenance schedule and management of all day-to day activities of your assigned team to ensure:

Day to day building oversight for general maintenance/aesthetic concerns and responsible for scheduling and/or completing repairs accordingly and in a timely manner

Daily hands on repairs, maintenance and construction

Hands on responsibilities for unit turns, repairs and maintenance

Work with VP Facilities and site team members to ensure facilities are properly maintained and show well at all times

Oversight of repairs and maintenance projects including but not limited to renovations, roof replacements, HVAC installs, exterior work

Works closely with VP Facilities and site team members to develop schedules based on established priorities

Directly responsible for ordering materials, ensuring stock of appliances and often used parts are on site

Repair of problems as seen in order to maintain buildings in first class manner to ensure resident satisfaction

Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge and hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, tile and flooring work, building mechanical systems, roofs, and general building systems

HVAC experience; certification

Physical requirements: heavy lifting, walking stairs, moving appliances

Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
