CAMPOS EPC is Hiring a Regional Engineering Manager: Pipeline Near Denver, CO

Opportunity knocks for a talented business operations leader to support Campos' expansion! We are looking for a Regional Engineering Manager: Pipeline for our Mountain region and the role will be based at our headquarters in Denver and will also require 25% travel.

The Regional Engineering Manager will:

  • Provide direction, guidance, and support to assigned personnel
  • Be responsible for financial results of assigned program/office
  • Manage program/office personnel to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on-time and within budget
  • Ensure assigned employees understand and live by Campos EPC (“CEPC”) core values: client alignment, schedule driven, employee utilization, ethics, performance, and compliance.
  • Act as an execution hub for our clients and project teams, providing leadership and alignment for successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a regional team in the execution of projects and programs for regional clients
  • Manage existing client relations, including contracts, projects and opportunities
  • Foster relationships with new regional clients and develop Regional Strategy Plan / Business Development
  • Responsible for work in the region using local resources and utilizing other CEPC offices/resources
  • Monitoring and management of employee utilization by interfacing with other CEPC leaders
  • Work closely with the other Regional Leads, Directors, Vice Presidents and Principals to leverage relationships and expertise
  • Develop a training plan for employees in Region
  • Actively promotes Campos EPC safety culture.
  • Serves as the key resource for executive management advisory on overall project health.
  • Oversees planning, developing, issuing, and progress tracking of all assigned projects from contract execution through commercial operation.
  • Manage existing client relations and foster relationships with new regional clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering or equivalent
  • Prior Oil & Gas or Utility experience preferred
  • Experience in Gas or Electric utility engineering, construction and/or project management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • FE required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience managing engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
  • PE preferred

BASE SALARY: 140-170K/YR
