ON-SITE Administrative Assistant - Professional person to assist the Property Manager and the Board of Directors with administrative and lifestyle duties such as answering the phone, taking messages, violation letters, filing, data entry, responding to emails , special projects, welcome packages, updating ABDI, sending email blasts, decals on new vehicles, drafting ACC approval letters. This individual will be located in the association’s on-site office with the necessary equipment and training provided by Management Company.
It should be noted that this individual is required to attend a handful of events per year that are on the weekend.
