·Computer skills and ability to learn new software programs.

·Strong hospitality skills to daily interact face-to-face with vendors,residents, and co-workers.

·Must be willing to daily use golf cart to tour property and writeviolation notices.

·Must be tolerant of dogs to conduct pet registration process.

·Notary license would be a plus.
