The personfilling this position owns responsibility for assisting the property manager ofa community achieve the board’s goals and objectives.The assistant manager is responsible for handlingtasks delegated to them by the Property Manager and Board of Directors.

GeneralResponsibilities

·Acquire andmaintain current knowledge of policies and procedures of the association.

·Understand thegoals of the community, as defined by the board, and assist in developing strategies, policies and procedures to achieve the goals.

·Understand, useand contribute to the company’s policies, procedures, practices and programsthat are available to support the continuous improvement of property managementat a community.

·Assist the managerin planning, noticing and conducting elections, board meetings, annual meetingsand committee meetings.

·Assist in the dayto day administration of the community including, but not limited to:

oMaintenance of theassociation's files and records

oAdminister rulesand regulations

oMailings and EmailBlasts

oUnit OwnerInquiries and Problems

oBoard MemberInquiries and Problems
