Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician with Campbell Properties, your core responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties. Your work will primarily involve:

• Performing general maintenance tasks.
• Responding promptly to repair requests from tenants and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Conducting regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and addressing them proactively.
• Assisting with groundskeeping duties, such as lawn care, snow removal, and landscaping.
• Coordinating and overseeing maintenance projects, including hiring and supervising contractors when necessary.

Requirements

To excel as a Maintenance Technician at Campbell Properties, you should meet the following requirements:

• Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
