Description:
The primary role of the Medical Receptionist at Campbell Dermatology and Aesthetics is to provide excellent patient satisfaction every day with every patient. Make our patients feel comfortable and welcome. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing support to our clinic team members. A successful candidate must possess a willingness to complete job duties as required. The receptionist is responsible for basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting patients with a consistent positive attitude. Must demonstrate organizational skills and be able to perform well in stressful situations.

Education and/or Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Some college-level coursework preferred.
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as: computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies weighing up to 10-25 pounds.
