As a Data Management Specialist at CampaignHQ, you will play a pivotal role in our success. Data Management Specialists ensure every client’s call or texting list is accurately prepared, and they provide timely custom reports to inform stakeholders and drive campaign strategy.

Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
• Proficient with querying SQL databases
• Familiar with relational DB design and Pandas Python library
• Intermediate or better Python fluency
• Some familiarity with Visual Basic for applications

Responsibilities:

• Prepare campaign data reports daily, including ETL tasks according to established standards
• Produce custom reports as required
• Prepare external data sets for production use
• Perform regular system maintenance
• Create, audit and maintain process documentation
