Summary: Rovers are responsible for providing the Cameron Mitchell Restaurants with a standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Rover is responsible for the set-up/closing of restaurant operations, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Rovers will assist in the set-up/closing of restaurant operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• During shift, Rovers may wash, store and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other small wares and equipment for the restaurant.
• Clean and stock side stations during shifts to support service
• Maintain and complete opening and closing duties, as assigned by management.
• Polish and roll silverware, napkin folds, as needed.
• Ensuring all floors are clean of debris and sweep and mop floors in assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment in assigned areas.
• Monitoring, cleaning, and emptying trash cans
• Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• This position may also require some food preparation.
• Complete all housekeeping tasks as directed by Management.
• Performs other job-related duties, as assigned.
