The Banquet Chef Supervisor will report directly to the Banquet Manager and assist them in the execution of all banquets. Duties will include, but not limited to prep work, recipe development, execution of events and liaison between hotel and restaurant. This is a unique role that will groom the candidate for a management position in the future.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of catering or banquet experience
• scratch kitchen experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
