CareGuide Advocates is Hiring a Client Partner Near Dallas, TX

We are seeking a proactive and client-oriented Client Partnerto act as a champion for our clients.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptionalcustomer service, resolving client issues, and coordinating with internaldepartments to ensure a seamless client experience through various stages ofengagement.

This is a hybrid position and will be based out of theDallas, Texas. After the first month, the position will be majority remote (ifdesired). Our training program will provide knowledge and expertise in healthbenefits terminology, our cost containment services, and the industry at large.In addition, CareGuide values its employees and offers a generous benefitspackage, and a starting salary range of $65,000-$75,000 and will be based onexperience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintainstrong, long-lasting relationship with clients to enhance loyalty and retention

Act as the primarycontact for all client needs, including inquires and conflict resolution

Serve as a liaisonbetween clients and internal departments such as Sales, Operations and Financeto ensure smooth transactions and continuous service

Maintain records ofsales operations, client interactions and forecasts in our CRM system

Analyze utilizationand sales data and performance metrics to gauge progress towards targets andopportunities for improvement

Regularly engagewith clients to ensure they are fully utilizing CGA services

Act as a loop closerby monitoring and pushing the completion of tasks necessary to maintain clientrelationships.

Address and resolveproblems efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner

Coordinate specificdepartmental tasks, including sending invoices, ensuring timely payments,receiving claim files, obtaining signed documents, and closing cases

 

Requirements

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required

2-3 years of proven experience in account orclient management, preferably in a B2B or healthcare setting

Comfort and familiarity with CRM platforms(CareGuide uses Zoho) and Microsoft Word products

Strong interpersonal and communication skills tofoster positive relationships

Knowledge ofcustomer service practices and commitment to exceptional client support

Capability toconduct difficult conversations and set boundaries with clients effectively
