Cambridge Isotope Laboratories, Inc. (CIL) is searching for an Inside Account Manager to join our Customer Engagement team. Under general supervision, the Inside Account Manager is responsible for ensuring a high level of accuracy and timeliness in the receiving and processing of orders, developing quotations, answering technical inquiries and generally assists the domestic Regional Sales Manager(s). This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Enter phone, e-mail and other orders into ERP systems per established procedures
• Process and respond to price inquiries from customers and/or Regional Sales Managers
• Coordinates prices and availability with the Strategic Pricing Department, Regional Sales Manager(s) and Supply Chain Department as applicable
• Process or respond to technical inquiries and data requests
• Monitor open quotations and back orders for completion
• Process, document and respond to customer inquiries or complaints when applicable
• Maintain and update Salesforce
• Promote special offers to customers
• Perform any related work or projects as required
