We are looking for someone who enjoys providing customer service and learning more about the financial services industry to join our Advisory Solutions Department as a Financial Planning Consultant in our Fairfield, IA office. This position assists our financial professionals with financial planning software and support. A strong candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Consult with internal and external customers, provide guidance on financial planning tools and product offerings to foster long-term relationships
• Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail and occasionally in-person requests professionally and courteously including escalated requests
• Act as a primary contact for all operational and service activities related to departmental systems; interfacing with outside vendor(s); and providing information and reports related to departmental systems upon request
• Communicate internal policies and procedures, as well as external policies and procedures to financial professionals and employees, ensure policies/procedures are being followed and inform management of potential violations
• Assist with development and implementation of new and improved procedures to streamline service processes
• Maintain working industry knowledge of key topics and continuing education

Two or more years of related experience, education and/or training.

Compensation: $42,000-$48,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
