Essential Duties

• Provide proactive internal support
• Partner and build internal department relationships to be able to identify and resolve partners issues, request, or needs
• Maintain accurate information with our existing partners alliance members
• Maintain accurate tracking records, delivering internal data, monitoring different tracking deliverables, notifying delinquent or outstanding items needed from our strategic partners
• Create detailed written communications for existing strategic partners
• Develop and maintain an understanding of company partnerships and product knowledge
• Maintain sponsor facing material on all internal dashboards
• Partner with our internal marketing liaison to create and develop yearly sponsor marketing campaigns, timelines, and other marketing drips
• Train across Business Strategy department to help with top Financial Professionals as identified

Education & Experience

Four or more years of related experience, education and/or training.

Compensation: $52,000-$60,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
