The Cambria Boston-Somerville is currently seeking an enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join the Front Desk team.
Sitting at the border of Somerville and Cambridge, Cambria is the embodiment of its location, defined by those who live and work in the neighborhood, an encapsulation of the innovation and culture surrounding it. Offering a modern & sophisticated experience to the trend-setting traveler, Cambria provides the perfect home for those looking to be more than just tourists, but residents, truly immersed in the neighborhood, whether for a night or for a week.
From arrival to departure, the Guest Service Agent manages our guests’ experience at The Cambria. Their focus is to deliver a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel, facilitate guest check in's and out's, provide information about the hotel and the surrounding area, and juggle the ongoing activity in the hotel lobby. Our Guest Service Agents anticipate the needs of our guests and strive to elevate each stay from good to great. A full time GSA will promote an energetic lobby atmosphere and make every guest feel as if they are in their home away from home.
Candidates must have the availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends.
