Cambium Learning Group is Hiring an Intern - International Near Dallas, TX

ExploreLearning is seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our International Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in educational technology and international market research while contributing to the growth and success of our innovative programs: Gizmos, Science4Us, Reflex and Frax.

Location: Remote, USA--Applicants must have been vetted by the Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP).

Job Responsibilities:

Market Research:

  • Conduct in-depth research on emerging international markets.

  • Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in new regions.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Propose innovative marketing strategies based on research findings tailored to international audiences.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse cultural contexts.

Department of Defense (DoD) Approval:

  • Develop research and strategies to achieve DoD approval for ExploreLearning products.

  • Work closely with the team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Social Media Analysis:

  • Analyze and identify effective social media practices tailored to each region.

  • Provide recommendations for optimizing social media presence and engagement across various platforms.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Research International competitors in the math education sector to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

  • Provide insights to help expand and enhance Reflex and Frax programs.

Additional Projects:

  • Support the team with other small projects depending on time and ability such as Math grants and lead clean up.

  • Contribute to various tasks as needed to support the overall goals of the international team.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Education, International Relations).

  • Proven research and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience or interest in educational technology is a plus.
