An extremely reputable high-end nation-wide developer/construction group operating across Tennessee and I are seeking an Architecture Project Manager, for the construction of Ultra-Luxury Custom Homes & Hospitality Developments in Nashville, Tennessee.

You will have responsibility of Ultra Luxury Custom Homes designs, managing all of the Architectural Designs, and coordinating between Interior Design, MEP, Civil & Structural teams. The role will interact heavily with the customer themselves, so excellent client facing skills are paramount.

You will have a Luxury Construction background (ideally Custom Homes).

Prerequisites for position

• Min 10 years Architectural experience in Luxury Custom Homes experience or Luxury Hospitality
• Ability to lead multiple sites & teams at a given time
• Outstanding 1-1 client facing skills
