An extremely reputable high-end nation-wide developer/construction group operating across Tennessee and I are seeking an Architecture Coordinator, for the construction of Ultra-Luxury Custom Homes & Hospitality Developments in Nashville, Tennessee.

You will be in a Drafting role, Supporting the Design, Pre-Construction and Construction Teams, working on luxury residential product and high-end commercial designs. With the use of contemporary computer skills and practical software knowledge (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe InDesign, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Sketch-up), you will generate a multitude of exhibits, studies, and supplemental construction drawings as directed by the Design Team.

Prerequisites for position

• Min 5 years experience
• Experience with Luxury Custom Homes or Luxury Hospitality
• Outstanding 1-1 client facing skills
