Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse-LTC

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
• Ensure that patients take their medication.
• Assist doctors and registered nurses.
• Liaise with patients' families.

Requirements:

• 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience - required
• LPN license
• BLS-AHA
• Covid Card
