CAM is Hiring an Office Manager Near Lima, OH

Job Number: 163

Primary Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train and supervise all staff associated with Field Administrative activities.
  • Develop roles and responsibilities for all Field Administrative employees assigned to the project.
  • Support Site Management in resolution of any Field Administrative issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor components of a “Site Specific Field Administrative Procedures Manual.”
  • Implement necessary checks and balances associated with all Field Payroll activities.
  • Maintain all site invoicing requirements as directed by Field Administration Manager.
  • Maintain all site Accounts Payable functions.
  • Assist local management in resolving any Accounts Receivables issues.
  • Support & assist with all Project Accounting functions.
  • Develop a summary of all contractual terms and conditions and monitor compliance.
  • Support Site Management in preparation of Monthly Reports.
  • Serve / participate on other initiatives & teams and perform other duties as directed by Field Administrative Manager.
  • Responsible for the administration of Company Owned and Third-Party Equipment as dictated by site conditions and requirements.
  • Responsible for certain procurement activities as defined the Field Administrative Manager.
  • Responsible for all Client Invoicing activities as defined the Field Administrative Manager.
  • Make recommendations for change and develop implementation strategies for continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Previous project accounting experience
  • Oil/gas experience is a plus
  • Process daily timecards
  • Balance time to daily gate
  • Issue daily reports
  • Balance and submit weekly payroll
  • Process AP invoices
  • Bill client per contractual terms
  • Work with Project Accountant on reconciling
  • Work with HR in processing paperwork for new hires and terminations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, strong Excel skills
