- 4th Shift- Float between all 3 shifts and levels of care.
Pay Incentive
- $5.00 Pay Differential.
Job Description:
- Ensure provision of quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity of residents.
- You will have the opportunity to directly and positively impact the health and well-being of the elderly.
- You will be responsible for providing high quality care to our residents in our 59-bed licensed Health Center.
- This includes but is not limited to administering medications, treatments, and resident assessments.
- You will help to create a positive atmosphere focusing on the resident's health, well-being, purpose, and meaning.
- You will oversee the certified nursing assistants while providing adequate assistance and support.
- You will exhibit reliability, dependability, integrity and a high level of energy and passion for the work of our organization.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws.
- Knowledge of regulations and guidelines governing long-term care desirable.
Qualifications:
- Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse with current Iowa licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current on Mandatory Reporter Training.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
