- JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
- Job Summary:
- Work throughout varying inpatient hospital units, providing excellent nursing care to a team of patients. Assess, plan, and implement appropriate nursing interventions to meet the patients’ needs while following the appropriate policy and procedures of the assigned departments. Advanced staffing pool nurses must be competent and able to care for a full team of critical care patients.

- Education:
- Position requires minimum of an associate's degree (A.A) or diploma program.

- Registration/Certification/Licensure:

Registered Nurse Certification; State Licensure
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification

- Experience:
- Position requires 1-2 years of critical care experience.

- Other Requirements:
- Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
- Stroke Training required within 30 days of hire.
