Calvert County Nursing Center is looking for a Director of Staff Development and Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement to join our team!

The Director of Staff Development and Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement will plan, organize, develop, coordinate, and direct the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement program and in-service training program in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern such programs, and as may be directed by the administrator.

Qualifications:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited school of Nursing.

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Long Term Care

• Must possess a working knowledge of root cause analysis and information analysis.

• Must be proficient with use of the computer, Point Click Care, word and excel.
