Calvary Women’s Services seeks an experienced manager who is passionate about using their skills and experience to further Calvary’s mission of empowering homeless women to transform their lives and achieve their personal goals by offering comprehensive support services and housing in a respectful and compassionate manner.
The Assistant Program Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, well-maintained and clean environment for residents and staff in Calvary’s transitional housing program. The Assistant Program Manager oversees building security and maintenance, staff scheduling and supervises and evaluates the performance of the Resident Assistants. Core hours are from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm each weekday with flexibility to allow for meetings and other activities that may occur during evenings or weekends.
