Intake Coordinator Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age, without a professional licensure.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Human Services field preferred, or 1 year experience in a related field
• Completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment
• Completion of Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Training, within 30 days of employment
• Must agree to a Motor Vehicle Driving Record check as part of the background check process and that record must be in good standing.
