Our firm is expanding its Intake Team and needs you – if you have a background in sales, marketing or customer relations, and possess the drive to excel and make an impact, this position is for you.

The Intake Team is the first point of contact for prospective clients. Are you friendly? Can you relate to others? Do you listen well? Can you ask questions to clarify a caller’s needs? This position defines the firm’s success.

This is an entry level position that encourages advancement for the right individual. As an Intake Team Member, you will also be exposed to the firm's marketing team, which may provide opportunities for your development. With time, you may be in a position to train your replacement and become a director of sales and marketing. Does that excite or scare you?

Paid parking will be provided, if needed; there is a 90 day probationary period; and any other or additional benefits can be discussed after 6 months or at the conclusion of your 1st year of employment, which is on an at-will basis.

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Answer client intake calls;
• Set and confirm appointments for attorneys; and
• Follow up with prospective clients in the pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or sales experience;
• Results oriented, adaptive, prepared, and empathetic;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products;
• Bilingual is a plus; and
• Willingness to learn!

This is an in-office position, and a potential hybrid opportunity with time. Our compensation package includes bonuses, raises, paid holidays, and additional benefits that will be discussed with the right candidates.
