Purpose

This position support for these departments at Connection Communications:

· KLYT Sales

· Connect with Skip Customer Service

· Program schedule for CWS radio and TV

· Media promotion and advertising buys for Calvary Special Events

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assisting the General Manager in the operations of KLYT/Star 88

· Assisting the General Manager in servicing non-commercial accounts

· ·Representation of the Director’s office in meeting.

· Following direction in preparing contracts and proposals for sales prospects

· Booking resources, facilities, studio time and staff for production of CWS and Calvary radi0 and TV production

· Assist the General Manager in arranging Connection Media support of local, national and international missions projects

· Assisting the Customer Service Department of Connection Communications as needed

Skills and Knowledge Required:

· Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook

· High level of attention to detail and organization

· Punctual and reliable

· Strong verbal and writing skills
