Responsibilities and Duties

• Swim instruction for children and adults, from beginner to competitive
• Deliver learning progression in a safe and fun environment
• Safely guard and enforce all pool safety rules (Lifeguard)
• Commit to the assigned work shifts or schedules
• Timely recognize & respond to emergencies with care as trained

Qualifications and Skills

• Attention to detail and awareness of pool safety
• Competitive swim experience (preferred not required)
• Swim Instruction Experience (preferred not required)
• Lifeguard experience with active ARC Lifeguard Certification (preferred not required)
• Must be 16 years or older and fluent in English
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour (D.O.E.)

Our swimmers benefit tremendously by learning to swim in the right way from the very beginning. The club also provides modern, safe, clean, and well-maintained indoor swim facilities in both Dublin and Fremont locations.

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
