Responsibilities and Duties

Swim instruction for children and adults, from beginner to competitive
Deliver learning progression in a safe and fun environment
Safely guard and enforce all pool safety rules (Lifeguard)
Commit to the assigned work shifts or schedules
Timely recognize & respond to emergencies with care as trained

Qualifications and Skills

Attention to detail and awareness of pool safety
Competitive swim experience (preferred not required)
Swim Instruction Experience (preferred not required)
Lifeguard experience with active ARC Lifeguard Certification (preferred not required)

Must be 16 years or older and fluent in English
Ability to pass criminal background check
