Position Summary:

Assist the management team with the operation of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Responsible for educating and helping customers, operating the point of sale system (POS), and handling cash. In addition to budtending, daily tasks include pre-packing flower and stickering inventory. Must work well independently and be willing to work weekends & holidays.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for product knowledge to educate and assist customers
• Accurately use and maintain the POS system
• Correct cash handling and discount application
• Enter customer data into the rewards program
• Answer the phone and greet walk-in customers
• Store organization and cleanliness
• Understand & implement federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry

Additional Requirements:

• Colorado driver’s license or State ID card
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must pass all required background checks
• Must obtain and retain a state-issued MED support badge

Preferred Experience:

• Customer Service- 1 year
• Budtending- 1 year
• Cannabis POS Operation- 1 year
• Flowhub experience a plus!
