At Call Box, we created a first-of-its-kind call tracking software that is currently used by over 100,000 businesses with technology unmatched by our competitors. We produce all marketing campaigns internally, with a small team of Marketing Specialists, Event Coordinators, Digital Marketing Managers, and Graphic Designers. Our campaigns are focused on increasing awareness of our brands, telling our brand stories, generating leads for the sales team, and engaging current users.

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Call Box, you will work in the Marketing Department and design engaging print and digital content for both internal and external audiences. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your talent through different types of mediums, such as digital ads, digital and print magazine layouts, ebooks, webinar slides, logos, video, and more. You’ll also work within our Wordpress website to update content and design new landing pages. The ideal candidate should have the ability to juggle a wide variety of projects across various industries and will assist in the development and design of various creative tasks, as assigned. This role works very closely with the Marketing Strategists and reports to the Senior Director of Marketing, but will also get a lot of exposure to other teams inside the company and the executive team. 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Design and develop layouts for marketing and sales materials. 
• Design digital ads according to specific parameters for Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and custom sizes for other media placements. 
• Utilize current brand standards across industries and update standards as needed. 
• Rebuild, edit and clean up platform screenshots. 
• If it’s in your skill set, updating web pages based on current HTML templates 
• Design other materials, as needed 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames 
• 1-2 years of graphic design experience or internship preferred 
• Organized and detail-oriented 
• High sense of urgency 
• Open to constructive criticism and feedback 
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/InDesign 
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Wordpress 
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides 
• Has completed some coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or related fields 
• Web design and HTML experience is a plus 
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
