The incumbent oversees the annual renewal campaign including phone solicitation. Other responsibilities include the following : * Works with The Soraya's Marketing team and other 3rd party designers to create membership collateral, and organizes tasks (including compiling and segmenting lists, preparing mail merges, etc.

for direct mail and digital solicitations.* Aims to meet goals set by Director of Marketing and Engagement and growing The Soraya's membership program with major budgetary impact.

• Organizes member benefits and recognition, including Porter Pavilion, and works with Front of House and Development teams to implement those benefits.

• Equivalent to three (3) years of full-time, progressively responsible technical, analytical, or administrative experience.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities* Working knowledge of general practices, program, and / or administrative specialty. Working knowledge of operational analysis and techniques.
