Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent customer service skills.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety regulations
- Upsell drinks and promote special offers to increase sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service

Skills:
- Proficiency in sales techniques to promote beverages effectively
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Experience working in a restaurant setting
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and handling payments
- Exceptional customer service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
