Under the general supervision of the Regional Manager, the Office Services Supervisor I (OSS I) directs the activities of four or more clerical staff and may directly handle complex or sensitive district reports and correspondence. The OSS I may need to assign, direct, and coordinate the handling of clerical activities such as phone coverage, mail handling, fingerprint processing, establishing files, and filing and typing.
