About the Position:

Our Portfolio Compliance Officers have a dedicated portfolio of properties, varying between many program types, and assist in ensuring that all CCIG properties and staff strictly and uniformly comply with all legislative & regulatory requirements as imposed by various agencies, including but not limited to; HUD, LIHTC, RD, HOME, HTF, Contract Administrators, tax credit authorities and State and local jurisdictions. You will work closely with property on-site staff, regional property supervisors, and your compliance team.

The PCO also assists in ensuring that all CCI policies, procedures, and protocols are up to date and implemented at each property in accordance with all management division requirements.

The PCO assists with CCI Support and companywide training programs related to Yardi, compliance & other property management content.

Responsibilities:

File and certification audits and tracking, training, voucher processing, TRACS resolutions, various agency/investor reporting, EIV reports and audits, rent/UA changes, special claims, MOR prep, and response, waitlist oversight, ongoing property management support, along with any related follow-up, internal reporting, and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Have in-depth, ongoing, working knowledge of 4350.3 and LIHTC Guide 8823, MOR process including HUD form 9834, and all HUD & Contract Administrator rules and regulations that impact all CCI properties

  • HOME, HTF, RD, and other affordable program experience is helpful

  • Experience with Yardi property management software

  • Computer literacy required

  • COS/LIHTC certificate preferred
