Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor. In this dual role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations while also providing training and guidance to cleaning staff to ensure they deliver high-quality service consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible in the pivotal role of training and developing cleaning technicians, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional cleaning services. on training cleaning technicians
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff, including assigning duties, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, programs to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions to educate cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning equipment and products.
• Lead by example and provide ongoing support and guidance to cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate the performance of cleaning staff and provide feedback, coaching, and additional training as needed to address areas for improvement.
• Monitor the quality of cleaning services provided and take corrective actions as necessary to meet company standards and client expectations.
• Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels to support training and cleaning operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.

Qualifications:

• Has a reliable vehicle with an insurance and up-to-date Driver’s license
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
