You will be joining a team of experts using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) to create HR Dashboards and provide the department, the administration, and other stakeholders with insights into the state's workforce. Analysis will focus on compensation, with an emphasis on gender and racial pay equity across all civil service classifications and departments to ensure a fair and equitable hiring process.
