Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to drive sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Recommend additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's experience
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Process customer transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Experience:
- Previous experience in food industry sales is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of retail math and inventory management is beneficial
- Technical sales experience is an advantage

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
