Position : Customer Service Team Leader
Location : Headquarters Moon Township, PA

Hours of work : Mondays - Fridays, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, 40 Hours / Week
This is a coordinator’s role with execution level responsibilities with specific focus on Customer Service Operations. The Customer Service Team Leader will be the Master Data Specialist and is responsible for creation / change of the master data in SAP for Customer Masters and Price Condition Records.
The Customer Service Team Leader will be the point person to assist Customer Service Experts in resolving order entry and ensure effective execution of all sales orders and billings.
The Customer Service Team Leader will act as floater for CSE vacation coverage, provide monthly or quarterly reporting for billing, and will be point person for internal and external audit and SOX requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
Data Entry of all master data required elements that reside within Customer Masters and Price Condition Records. Monitors and Maintains Master Data, analyzes gaps, and adjusts as necessary.
Develops resolutions to problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures. Provides adequate research to maintain master data accuracy and performs as-needed audits to ensure.
Back up to Customer Service Manager for review of required invoices. Point person for internal and external audits.
Provides training and mentoring for CSE I and CSE II incumbents, and refresh training to the team, as needed.
