Subpoena Processing Administrators

Banking Client

Remote- Brookfield, WI and Naperville, IL

$21 / hr $1 per hour worked completion bonus

Responsibilities :

• Intake and assign new subpoenas.
• Work in 6 banking systems to conduct research to determine if we have responsive records.
• Prepare appropriate notification letters, determine deadline, and schedule accordingly.
• Pulls records (in some instances) and prepare notifications and requests to internal departments for banking records.
• Review, redact, and compile responsive records.
• Assist team members with their reviews.
• Send out records pursuant to the identified deadline.

• Ability to learn systems in a reasonable timeframe.

Experience :

• 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat DC
